Subscription - Terms & Conditions

All subscription plans require an iLok account and the latest version of iLok license manager.

Monthly – Month by Month

  • Paid monthly
  • No commitment
  • Auto renewal at the end of the 30 day period
  • Cancel anytime

Annual – Paid Monthly

  • Paid monthly
  • 1 year commitment
  • Auto renewal at the end of the last 30 day period
  • Cancel after 1 year

Annual / Annual EDU

  • Paid yearly
  • 1 year commitment
  • Auto renewal at the end of the 360 days period
  • Cancel after 1 year

Payment

The first payment is processed at the subscription signup, then payments will automatically be processed, using the same payment method as on signup, at the beginning of each subsequent period. In case the payment can’t be processed this will be alerted in an email and a seven day grace period is given to rectify the situation. If no payment has been received at the end of the grace period the subscription will be cancelled.

Auto renewal

The subscription plans are automatically renewed according to the plan. The renewal will be alerted in an email 14 days prior to the renewal date with the option to cancel the plan.

Pricing

All subscription prices are in USD. The price given on signup will remain the same during the commitment period. In case a price for a subscription plan is updated, this will be alerted in an email with information about how to cancel the plan at the end of the period.

Cancellation

When cancelling a subscription this will be effectuated at the end of the commitment period.

  • Monthly – At the end of the 30 day period
  • Annual Monthly – At the end of the last 30 day period
  • Annual – At the end of the 360 days period
